Our Youth Sponsors serve as mentors and role models for our youth through their service to this ministry! From driving students to various functions, refereeing a game of Gaga ball, or facilitating discussions, our youth sponsors serve to encourage, support, and lead our youth! If you think the Lord may be calling you to become a Sponsor for our Youth Ministry, please contact our Youth Director, Devin Spence, at email@example.com.

Late January - Early February our youth head to Kerrville for a fun filled retreat with other churches! We have attended Conference MidWinters at Mount Wesley as well as REVIVE Winter Retreat at Camp Eagle. Be on the lookout for future dates and locations!
Summer Mission & Youth Camp:
UMARMY: Each summer our youth take part in a summer mission trip. This may consist of local construction, walking evangelism, or simply worshipping with a community in need of hope. We have partnered with UM ARMY Rio TX the past three summers and will continue to be on the look out for opportunities to be the hands and feet of Christ locally, nationally, and internationally.
Fall Beach Retreat
The first weekend of Thanksgiving Break our youth group heads to Port Aransas and Corpus Christi for a weekend to unplug from the world and reconnect with our Creator. Our youth group spends the long weekend in fellowship, fun, and lots of food.
Confirmation retreat occurs in March and is a time for our confirmands to take part in a 3 day retreat to learn more about being a methodist, a christian, and an adult in the church. Our students go to Lakeview Methodist Conference Center in Palestine, Texas and to dive deeper into their faith and fellowship with others from around the state that are going through the same process.
